Please DO NOT be LATE! All classes start on time, and a warm up and mobility will take place before the WOD, and to reduce the risk of injury it is important that you make it for these!
If you’re new to fitness but are looking for a high intensity workout that doesn’t focus on some of the technical movements of CrossFit, then Boot Camp may be the perfect option for you.
There are more similarities than differences between CrossFit and Boot Camp, but the main difference is that in Boot Camp, there’s an absence of heavy barbell work and technical movements such as the Olympic Lifts. In that way, Boot Camp is more of a continuous, fast-paced workout, with less breaks, and not a lot of “learned” movements or necessary technical knowledge.
Our Boot Camp classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. If you are a seasoned CrossFitter or an endurance athlete, this fast-paced workout will further boost your training.
Open to all MEMBERS, our open gym session is the perfect time for you to get in an extra skill/ strength session to supplement your training, perfect and hone your technique in the many skills of CrossFit (such as the Olympic lifts, muscle ups, double unders, etc.), and break/ make new PR’s.
MORE CLASSES SOON TO BE ADDED! Have a certain class time you’d want us to add to the schedule? Have at least FOUR other members commit to coming in and working out at that time, and we’ll make the class happen! Feel free to do so by leaving a comment on our FB page, and get your fellow members to respond to your request of an extra class time.
